1. Efficient Management of Payment Runs (for Clients)
Telleroo allows us to process multiple payments in one go, saving everyone time and reducing the risk of manual errors e.g. payroll runs, supplier payments, and recurring transactions for HMRC etc.

2. Integration with Xero (and NOW QuickBooks)
The Telleroo software integrates (or links) directly with the core accounts software e.g. Xero and more recently QuickBooks, meaning that the Supplier Invoices and payment data can be transferred into Telleroo in ‘real time’

What this means is that approval of payments can be checked in Telleroo by viewing the invoices, no more explanatory emails and attached invoices required!

3. Additional Security and Control features
The Telleroo software has some built-in features that allow different approval workflows and user permissions e.g. we can set payments up, a manager can approve payments to a £ threshold while the business owner can approve larger £ payments. The software also checks bank details of the destination accounts and highlights any issues!

Finally, once payments are approved in Telleroo, they are sent directly WITHOUT
having to log into your online banking software.

Telleroo enables payments to be setup in advance which can then be monitored in real time, giving both our team and our clients full visibility over cash flow and transaction history.
